New-Tech was born out of a real need to change reality. For years, young men and women from Arab society in Israel found themselves far from the high-tech industry – not due to lack of ability, but due to a lack of quality learning frameworks, professional advice and appropriate guidance from a young age. Many of them chose other fields, simply because there was no one to show them the right way to integrate into the Israeli high-tech world.
Even among graduates with academic degrees, there is a significant gap between their studies and market demands – a gap that prevents them from realizing their inherent potential. It was with this understanding that Newtech was founded.
