1) General and scope of the policy

1.1. This document explains how we collect, use, share and store personal information about visitors and users of our website.
1.2. We operate in accordance with applicable law in Israel, including the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Privacy Protection (Information Security) Regulations, 5777-2017 , and in accordance with the guidelines of the Privacy Protection Authority; and we will also implement foreign laws (such as GDPR/UK GDPR ) to the extent that they apply to our activities.

1.3. Using the site, filling out forms, contacting, subscribing to the newsletter or scheduling a call – constitutes agreement to this policy, as updated from time to time. If you do not agree – refrain from using the site and contact us by alternative means.
1.4. If the provision of certain information is required to respond to an inquiry/schedule a call (e.g. name and contact information), failure to provide it may prevent us from providing the response.

2) The types of information we process

2.1. Information provided on your own initiative : Name; Email; Phone/WhatsApp; Position/Company Name (if applicable); Subject of the inquiry; Message content; Attachments; Preferred date for a call/meeting; Newsletter subscription.
2.2. Technical and useful information (automatic): IP address; browser type/operating system/device; language; browsing dates and times; pages viewed and duration; traffic sources (UTM/referrals); events and logs.
2.3. Cookies/LocalStorage/Pixels : For proper operation of the site/forms/preferences, analytics and targeted advertising (as far as they are implemented: Google Analytics/Ads—also via Site Kit/Tag Manager; Meta Pixel; Microsoft Clarity; chat/appointment systems). Preferences management is possible in the browser, and on sites where there is a banner/Consent Management Center (CMP) – also there. A list of example cookie names appears in Appendix A.

3) Purposes of processing and legal basis

A. Handling inquiries : receiving leads, making contact, coordinating a call/meeting, and providing information/quote.
B. Service communication : updating request/coordination status, reminders, feedback.
C. Improvement and user experience : measurement/analytics, A/B testing, troubleshooting.
D. Marketing subject to consent : newsletter, campaigns and remarketing.
E. Information security and fraud prevention .
F. Compliance with the law and record keeping.
Legal bases: Pre-contractual steps/response to inquiry; Legitimate interest (improvement/security); Consent (marketing and non-essential cookies); Legal obligation as necessary.

4) Marketing and electronic messages

4.1. Sending marketing messages via email/SMS/WhatsApp will be subject to prior consent pursuant to Section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 1982 (except for the “existing customer” exception). Each message will include an option to immediately remove the message, and removal will be honored without delay.

4.2. Service messages relating to the handling of your inquiry are not marketing.

5) Sharing information with third parties

We will share information to the minimum extent required with the following categories of providers, to the extent that they are actually active: (1) Storage/Hosting/IT Support; (2) Forms/CRM/Automation Systems; (3) Analytics and Advertising (Google/Meta/Clarity, etc.); (4) Chat/Meeting Systems (e.g. WhatsApp/Messenger/Calendly); (5) Professional/Legal/Accounting Consulting as needed; and to authorized authorities as required by law. There is no sale or rental of personal information for marketing purposes without express consent.

6) International transfers

Information may be processed outside of Israel (e.g. on cloud servers/providers). We will take appropriate protection mechanisms for international transfer, and will act in accordance with the law and the guidelines of the Privacy Protection Authority. 

7) Information security

We implement reasonable technical, organizational and physical security measures (TLS/SSL, access controls, backups, firewalls and monitoring) in accordance with information security regulations. In the event of a serious security incident , notification to the PPA is required immediately according to its guidelines, and we will take steps to correct and mitigate the damage.

8) Information retention

We will retain information as long as necessary to handle inquiries/marketing with consent or as required by law.

9) Your rights

Subject to applicable law in Israel: (1) Right to review information about you; (2) Correction/deletion of information that is incorrect/complete/clear/up-to-date ; (3) Removal of marketing communications at any time. 10) Minors

The site is not intended for children under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent/guardian. If we learn that information has been collected in violation of the policy, we will take action to delete it within a reasonable time.

11) Automated decision-making and profiling

Automated tools may be used for personalization/remarketing and measurement.

12) Cookies, CMP and GPC 

12.1. The Site may use cookies/LocalStorage/Pixels for the following categories: (a) Essential/Functional (Activation/Preferences/Forms); (b) Analytics; (c) Marketing/Remarketing.
12.2. When the banner/Consent Management Center (CMP) is enabled – preferences can be set for each category. In areas that require this, non-essential cookies are loaded only after consent. Where supported – we will honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal to reduce unnecessary processing.
12.3. Details of the names of cookies commonly used on marketing pages – in Appendix A.
12.4. Cookies and cache files can be deleted manually through browser settings (e.g. Chrome/Firefox/Safari). Deletion may remove preferences, disconnect accounts and affect website functionality; after deletion, consent choices can be re-updated in the CMP, if active.

13) Third-party links and services

The site may link to external services/sites (social networks, appointment scheduling, chat). We have no control over their policies; we recommend that you review their privacy documents.

14) Policy updates

We may update this policy from time to time. An updated version will be posted here and will become effective upon posting. If required by law, we will provide appropriate notice.
